Who is yaTack?
yaTack is one of the leading business to consumer (B2C) ecommerce sites in the Norwegian market. yaTack offers the latest mobile phones, digital photo and video cameras, electronics and computer related products through its online store and Oslo pick up point store/showroom.
yaTack was one of the first internet companies that bundled the purchase of a mobile phone with celluar service in the Norwegian market, creating the online market for the 1 kroner mobile phone. Today yaTack partners with Netcom, Telenor, Tele2, UPC, and Start.no broadband to subsidize the cost of not only mobile phones, but also flat screen TVs, wireless routers, and many other products when they are purchased with a 12 month subscription service at the yaTack.no website.
yaTack was founded under the name Online Club in 1996 and was one of the first internet B2C shopping centers in Norway with up to 37 product departments from Mobil phone to toys, interior design articles and art. This history explains why yaTack is unique among its competitors by having close to 50% female customers. Over 75 million NOK (12 million USD) has been spent marketing the yaTack brand through banner advertising, TV, Radio and Print spots making yaTack one of the most well known, trusted and visited B2C ecommerce sites in Norway.
